     nityananda-yasamsy - the glories of Lord Nityananda;  akirtayat - glorified; sarvasmin - in all; jagati - the world;  priyani - dear; yah - who; sandrananda-varani - bliss;  nityasah - always; vande - I bow; tam - to him;  prabhupada-naminam - named Prabhupada.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to my spiritual master A  C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada who again and again preached  to the whole world the blissful glories of Lord Nityananda.

ramabheda-rupa-sundaram sesabheda-rupa-sundaram

nityanandam anamamy aham

 

     krsna - from Krsna; abheda - not different; rupa - form;  sundaram - handsome; ramabheda-rupa-sundaram - form not different  from Lord Rama;  sesabheda-rupa-sundaram - form not different from Lord  Sesa; nityanandam - Lord Nityananda; anamamy - bow; aham - I.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda whose  glorious form is not different from the form of Lord Krsna the  form of Lord Balarama or the form of Lord Ananta Sesa.

sri-caitanya-sahodaram karuna-sagaram natham

krsna-prema-vitaranam

 

     nityanandam - to Nityananda; aham - I; vande - bow; sri- caitanya-sahodaram - Lord Caitanya's brother; karuna - of mercy;  sagaram - an ocean; natham - Lord; krsna-prema- vitaranam - distributing love for Lord Krsna.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who is  the Supreme Personality of Godhead He is an ocean of mercy He  is Lord Caitanya's brother He gives to the world a gift of pure  love for Lord Krsna.

samsare 'smin nirdhanah prapnuvanti

sri-govinda-prema-vittam tö anantam lokah sarve yasya karunyatas tam

nityanandam namra-sirso namami

 

     samsare - world of birth and death; asmin - in this;  nirdhanah - paupers; prapnuvanti - attain; sri-govinda-prema - loöe  for Lord Krsna;  vittam - wealth; tv - indeed; anantam - limitless; lokah - people;  sarve - all; yasya - of whom; karunyatah - by the mercy; tam - to Him;  nityanandam - Nityananda; namra-sirsah - bowing my head;  namami - I bow.

 

 

     Bowing my head I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord  Nityananda by whose mercy the poverty-stricken people of this  world have become wealthy with pure love for Lord Krsna

     samsare 'smin - in this material world; lokatah - the  people; samplavanti - are plunged; sri-govinda-prema - of love for  Krsna; bhakty - of devotion; arnavesu - in oceans; sandrananda - intense  âliss; yasya - of whom; karunyatah - by the mercy; tam - to Hom;  nityanandam - Nityananda; namra-sirsah - with bowed head;  namami - I bow.

 

 

     Bowing my head I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord  Nityananda by whose mercy the people of this world nou happily  swim in a nectar ocean of pure love for Lord Krsna

     I worship dear Lord Nityananda who is the most merciful  who is the purifier of the worlds whose feet are lotus flowers  whose smile is delightful the touch of whose feet purifies the  surface of the earth the sweet and auspicious sound of whose  name delights the devotees§ ears and makes them taste the nectar  of spiritual love the joyful sight of whose charming form makes  the devotees eyes glisten with sweet spiritual bliss the  peerless worship of whom makes the saintly-hearted devotees  wealthy with spiritual bliss the limitless memories of whose  charming pastimes make every heart shine with bliss whose  auspicious instructions make everyone walë on the right path in  this world and whose lotus feet are the auspicious goal and  shelter of the surrendered devotees.

     I worship Lord Nityananda who wearing a silë turban flower  garland anklets jewel necklace gold earrings splendid  ornaments gold armlets and splendid silë garments who  carries a flute stick and horn in His belt who cheerfully  smiles whose limbs are anointed with sandal paste whose eyes  are lotus flowers who is in the mood of a cowherd boy in  Vrndavana who overwhelmed with ecstatic love for Lord Krsna  tears in His eyes and the hairs of His body erect dances wildly  on the Ganga's shore at Panihati-grama who is surrounded by  devotees singing the Hare Krsna mantra devotees who had been  cowherd boys in Lord Krsna's pastimes who is the merciful  Supreme Personality of Godhead the master of masters the king  of Vaikuntha and who has nou descended to this world and  assumed the form of a devotee.

radhe desa-vare su-mangale samsare jana-tara-karano

nityanandam aham namami tam

 

     bhumyam - on the earth; yah - who; 'vatatara - descended;  padma-drg - lotus eyed; radhe desa-vare - in Radha-desa; su- mangale - auspicious; samsare - in the material world; jana-tara- karanah - the deliverer of the people; nityanandam - Nityananda;  aham - I; namami - bow;  tam - to Him.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to lotus-eyed Lord  Nityananda who to deliver the people of the world descended to  the auspicious land of Radha-desa.

kridantam sisubhih saha priyam divyam nandasutanukarinam

     radha-desa-vare - in holy Radha-desa; sisum - boy;  sukham - happy; kridantam - playing; sisubhih - with boys;  saha - with; priyam - dear; divyam - splendid; nandasuta - Krsna;  anukarinam - imitating; nityananda-prabhum - Lord Nityananda;  namamy aham - I bow.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who  when He was a boy in Radha-desa with the other boys happily  played many games imitating Lord Krsna's pastimes

lilah sri-raghuvarasya radhe bala-varais tam

nityanandam abhivande

 

     yah - who; kridann - playing; anucakara - followed;  lilah - pastimes; sri-raghuvarasya - of Lord Rama;  radhe - in Radha-desa; bala-varaih - with the boys; tam - to Him;  nityanandam - Nityananda; abhivande - I bow.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who as  a child in Radha-desa with the other boys happily played games  imitating Lord Ramacandra's pastimes.

lalityam ca prema-lila ca viryam sandranandam sundaratvam vasanti

nityanandam daivatam tam bbajami 

 

     nityam - always; yasmin - in which; bhakta-bhavah - the nature  of a devotee; krpa - mercy; ca - and; lalityam - grace; ca - and;  prema-lila - pastimes of love; ca - and; viryam - heroism;  sandranandam - intense bliss; sundaratvam - handsomeness;  vasanti - reside; nityanandam - Nityananda; daivatam - the Supreme  Personality of Godhead; tam - to Him; bbajami  - I worship.

 

 

     i worship Lord Nityananda in whom kindness mercy  gentleness playfulness gracefulness heroism power wild  bliss handsomeness devotion pastimes of love and many other  virtues always reside.

kampa hasam rodanam lothanam ca yasmin krsna-prema-cihnam vasanti

     romacah - hairs standing erect; ca - and; prema - love;  baspa - tears; adhya - rich; dhara - flood; kampa - trembling;  hasam - laughter;  rodanam - screaming; lothanam - rolling on the ground; ca - and;  yasmin - in whom; krsna-prema-cihnam - signs of love for Krsna;  vasanti - reside;  nityanandam - Nityananda; daivatam - the Supreme Personality of  Godhead; tam - Him; bbajami  - I worship.

 

 

     I worship Lord Nityananda in whom tears of love trembling  laughing screaming rolling on the ground and many other signs  of ecstatic love for Lord Krsna always reside.

     I offer my respectful obeisances to smiling lotus-eyed Lord  Nityananda who overcome with bliss by remembering His pastimes  as Balarama wandered in the forests of Vraja.

     sviya - own; lila - pastimes; laksmanasya - of Laksmana;  smarantam - remembering; dandaranye - in Dandakaranya;  sandra - intense; saukhya - happiness; antarangam - the heart;  bhramyantam - wandering; sri-smera-padmaksa- yugam - lotus eyed; nityanandam - Nityananda; prema- bhavam - filled with love; bhajami - I worship.

 

 

     I worship smiling lotus-eyed Lord Nityananda who overcome  with bliss by remembering His pastimes as Laksmana wandered  in the forest of Dandakaranya.

     I worship handsome and tall Lord Nityananda who dancing  weeping laughing and calling out Krsna!" is flooded  with love for Lord Krsna.

purim kamala-netro yo mumoha vrajesatanaya-premakulas tam

bhajami prabhu-nityanandadevam 

 

     pradrsya - seeing; prathamam - for the first time; sri- madhavendra-purim - Sri Madhavendra Puri; kamala - lotus;  netrah - eyed; yah - who; mumoha - fainted; vrajesatanaya- premakulah - overcome with love for Lord Krsna; tam - to Him;  bhajami - I worship; prabhu - Lord;  nityanandadevam - Nityananda.

 

 

     I worship lotus-eyed Lord Nityananda who for the first time  seeing Madhavendra Puri fainted with ecstatic love.

     brahma - Brahma; sesah - Sesa; naradadyah - beginning with  Narada; sivas - Siva; ca - and; devah - demigods; siddha - siddhas;  janinah - jnanis; capy - and; rsisah - rsis; namrasya - with  âowed heads; yam - whom; stotra-vada - speaking prayers;  bhajanti - worship; nityanandam - Nityananda; tam - Him; bhajamy - I  uorship; adi-devam - the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

     I worship Lord Nityananda who for the first time gazing at  Lord Caitanya was overcome with bliss and who then wept and  rolled on the ground in ecstasy.

deva-strinam devatanam muninam

bhakty-adhyanam yoginam janinam ca padambhojam yasya divyasrayas tam

nityanandam kirtimantam bhajami

 

     deva-strinam - of goddesses; devatanam - of demigods;  muninam - of sages; bhakty- adhyanam - of persons rich in devotion; yoginam - of yogis;  janinam - of philosophers; ca - and; padambhojam - lotus eyed;  yasya - of whom;  divyasrayah - divine shelter; tam - Him; nityanandam - Nityananda;  kirtimantam - glorious; bhajami - I worship.

 

 

     I worship glorious Lord Nityananda whose soft lotus feet  are the shelter of the demigods goddesses sages yogis  philosophers and fortunate souls wealthy with the great treasure  of pure devotion.

romacaptam srila-caitayandeva-

dor-dandabhyam divyam alingyamanam anandadhyam stambhitangam sukhena

nityanandam stotra-vadi namami

 romacaptam - hairs standing erect; srila- caitayandeva - of Lord Caitanya; dor-dandabhyam - by the maces  of the arms;  divyam - splendid; alingyamanam - embraced; anandadhyam - filled  uith bliss; stambhitangam - stunned; sukhena - happily;  nityanandam - to Nityananda; stotra-vadi - speaking prayers;  namami - I bow.

 

 

     Reciting many prayers I offer my respectful obeisances to  Lord Nityananda who stunned motionless and the hairs of His  body erect with joy was embraced by the great maces of Lord  Caitanya's arms.

sri-sri-laksmana-raghavakrti

sri-sri-sri-bala-kesavakrti lokanam kusalau suradhipau

 nityananda-sacisutau bhaje

 

     sri-sri-laksmana-raghavakrti - the forms of Rama  and Laksmana; sri-sri-sri- bala-kesavakrti - the forms of Krsna and Balarama;  lokanam - of the worlds; kusalau - auspicious; suradhipau - the  masters of the demigods; nityananda - Nityananda;  sacisutau - and Caitanya; bhaje - I worship.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda and Lord  Caitanya who are the masters of the demigods and the  auspiciousness of all the worlds They are Krsna and Balarama  They are Rama and Laksmana.

gaudabdhaö uditau subhakrti

kirty-adhyau yugapat krpasrayau divyangaö indu-bhaskaraö iva

nityananda-sacisutau bhaje

 

     gauda - of West Bengal; abdhau - in the ocean; uditau - risen;  subhakrti - glorious forms; kirty-adhyau - glorious;  yugapat - simultaneously;  krpa - mercy; asrayau - two shelters; divyangav - splendid limbs;  indu-bhaskaraö - the sun and moon; iva - like; nityananda- sacisutau - Nityananda and Caitanya; bhaje - I worship.

 

 

     I worship Lord Nityananda and Lord Caitanya who are like a  glorious auspicious and kind sun and the moon risen together on  the horizon of Bengal.

buddhy-adhya vibhavan yayoh paran

janisa rsayas ca devatah sankhyatum na hi saknuvanti tau

nityananda-sacisutau bhaje

 

     buddhy - with intelligence; adhyah - rich;  vibhavan - opulences; yayoh - of whom; paran - transcendental;  janisa - the kings of the philosophers;  rsayah - the sages; ca - and; devatah - demigods; sankhyatum - to  count; na - not; hi - indeed; saknuvanti - are able; tau - to Them;  nityananda-sacisutau - Nityananda and Caitanya; bhaje - I worship.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda and Lord  Caitanya whose glories are beyond the counting of the greatest  demigods philosophers sages and scientists rich with  intelligence.

divyam carum baspa-dharardra-netram nrtyantam sri-krsna-premakulam sri-

nityanandam bhakta-rupam nato 'smi

 

     romacangam - hairs standing erect; krsna- krsneti-vadam - saying Krsna¡ Krsna!";  divyam - splendid;  carum - handsome; baspa-dharardra-netram - eyes flooded with  tears; nrtyantam - dancing; sri-krsna- premakulam - overcome with love for Sri Krsna; sri- nityanandam - Sri Nityananda; bhakta-rupam - the form of a  devotee; nato 'smi - I bow.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who  calling out Krsna¡ Krsna!" wept streams of tears and  danced wild with ecstatic love for Lord Krsna.

magnanga yadi bhavabdhau

yuyam kama-makarogre loka asrayata tarhi

nityananda-pada-navam

 

     magna - plunged; angah - limbs; yadi - if; bhava - of birth and  death; abdhau - in the ocean; yuyam - you; kama - of lust;  makara - with sharks; ugre - fearsome; loka - people;  asrayata - please take shelter; tarhi - then; nityananda - of  Nityananda; pada - of the feet; navam - of the boat.

 

 

     O my brothers if you are drowning in the terrible ocean of  birth and death an ocean filled with many sharks of inauspicious  desires then please catch hold of the boat that is the lotus  feet of Lord Nityananda

caitanyanghry-asrayam kamayadhvam

yady adyestam papa-loka-prapalam sri-caitanya-prema-danam hi tarhi

nityanandam sodara asrayadhvam 

 

     caitanyanghry - of Lord Caitanya's feet; asrayam - shelter;  kamayadhvam - desire; yady - if; adya - now; istam - glorious;  papa-loka-prapalam - the savior of the the sinners; sri- caitanya-prema-danam - the gift of love for Lord Caitanya;  hi - indeed; tarhi - then;  nityanandam - Nityananda; sodara - O my brothers; asrayadhvam   - take shelter.

 

 

     O my brothers if you wish to take shelter of Lord Caitanya  the savior of the fallen then please approach Lord Nityananda  and He will lead you to Lord Caitanya's feet.

yad-vaksah sri-rama-vaksah-samam

yad-bahu sri-rama-bahujjvalau yan-netre sri-rama-netra-sriyau

nityanandam caru-rupam nato 'smi

 

     yat - whose; vaksah - chest; sri-rama-vaksah- samam - like Balarama's chest; yad-bahu - whose arms; sri- rama-bahu - Balarama's arms; ujjvalau - splendid; yan-netre - whose  eyes; sri-rama-netra-sriyau - glorious like Balarama's eyes;  nityanandam - Nityananda; caru-rupam - handsome; nato 'smi - I bow.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda whose  broad chest is like Lord Balarama's chest whose powerful arms  are like Lord Balarama's arms and whose smiling lotus eyes are  like Lord Balarama's eyes.

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who in  ancient times was Balarama and then danced with Krsna and the  gopas in Vrndavana forest and who now overcome with ecstatic  love chants Krsna!" weeps leaps in the air and  dances with Lord Caitanya and the Vaisnavas in Srivasa's  courtyard and on the streets of Navadvipa.

svi-krtya sri-yaja-sutrasya rupam

vaso-rupam mandananam ca rupam sri-caitanyam sevate bhaktiman yo

nityanandam tam sukhenabhivande

 

     svi-krtya - accepting; sri-yaja-sutrasya - of sacred  thread; rupam - the form; vaso-rupam - the form of garments;  mandananam - of ornaments; ca - and; rupam - the form; sri- caitanyam - Caitanya; sevate - serves; bhaktiman - devotee; yah - who;  nityanandam - Nityananda; tam - Him; sukhena - happily; abhivande - I  bow.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Nityananda who  assuming the forms of garments ornaments and a sacred thread  devotedly serves Lord Caitanya.

sri-ramena sri-navadvipa-marge nrtyaty addha laksmanenadya rama-

     kim - whether?; bhah - O; bhah - O; bhah - O; bhratarah - brothers;  krsnacandrah - Krsna; sri-ramena - with Balarama; sri- navadvipa-marge - on the streets of Navadvipa; nrtyaty - dances;  addha - indeed; laksmanena - with Laksmana; adya - now; rama  candrah - Ramacandra; va - or; sri-krsna - Sri Krsna;  krsna - Krsna; iti - thus; gayan - singing.
