I worship Lord Nityananda and Lord Caitanya who are like a glorious auspicious and kind sun and the moon
risen together on the horizon of Bengal.

ugre - fearsome; loka - people; asrayata
- please take shelter; tarhi - then; nityananda - of Nityananda; pada - of the feet; navam - of
the boat.
O my brothers if you are drowning in the terrible ocean of birth and death an ocean filled with many
sharks of inauspicious desires then
please catch hold of the boat that is the lotus
feet of Lord Nityananda

O my brothers; asrayadhvam - take
shelter.
O my brothers if you wish to take shelter of Lord Caitanya the savior of the fallen then please approach
Lord Nityananda and He will lead you to
