     kim - whether?; kim - whetehr?; kada - when?; eva - indeed;  paramena - with great; su-kautukena - eagerness; kanksa - with desire;  tvisa - glistening; vilasata - playful; mama - of me; drg- yugena - with eyes; alingita - embraced; su-pranayena - with love;  bhavisyati - will be; iha - here; govinda - of Lord Govinda; murti - of  the form; para - transcendental; sundarata - handsomeness;  kada - when?; kim - whether?

 

 

     When will my eyes glistening with playful desire lovingly  embrace the transcendental handsomeness of Lord Govinda's form?

sat-pankajaya nikhilanga-su-pankajaya cit-pankajaya su-kavisvara-pankajaya

naumi vrajesa-tanayasita-pankajaya

 

     hrt - heart; pankajaya - to the lotus; vilasat - playful;  sukha - happiness; pankajaya - to the lotus; sat - eternal existence;  pankajaya - to the lotus flower; nikhila - all; anga - limbs;  su - handsome; pankajaya - lotus; cit - thoughts; pankajaya - lotus; su- kavi - of eloquent poets; isvara - the king; pankajaya - lotus;  naumi - I praise; vraja - of Vraja; isa - of the king; tanaya - of the  son; asita - dark; pankajaya - lotus.

 

 

     Let me praise the dark lotus flower that is the son of  Vraja's king His heart is a lotus flower His happiness is a  splendid lotus flower His eternal existence is a lotus flower  All his limbs are a handsome lotus flower His thoughts are a  lotus flower He is the lotus flower of regal poets.

     puspa - of flowers; avali - multitude; cayana - gathering;  karya - activity; vrajatavi - of Vrndavana forest; isa - the king;  gopangana - of the gopis; hrdaya - of the heart; saukhya - happiness;  vicitra - wonder; kari - doing; bhusa - with ornaments;  vibhusita - decorated; pada - words; lalita - playful;  vicaruh - beautiful; govindadeva - of Lord Govindadeva; kavita - the  poetić skill; lasita - splendidly manifested; asti - is; pujya  - to  be worshiped.

 

 

     Let us worship Lord Govindadeva's graceful and playful  poetić skill Decorated with poetić ornaments His words fill  with happiness and wonder the hearts of the gopis picking flowers  in Vrndavana forest.

     govindadeva - of Lord Govindadeva; sumanohara - handsome;  vrtti - activities; vrndam - multitude; gopangana-hrdaya - of thed  gopis§ hearts; saukhya - happiness; vicitra - wonder; kari - doing;  vrndatavi - of Vrndavana forest; subha - auspicious; niku ja - forest groves; vilasa - pastimes; caru - handsome;  draksyami - I will see; netra-yugalena - with my own eyes; kada - when?;  kada - when?; kim - whether?

 

 

     When with my own eyes will I see Lord Govindadeva's  beautiful pastimes pastimes that fill the gopis§ hearts with joy  and wonder pastimes that fill Vrndavana forest with playful  splendor?

     When will I smell the blissful fragrance of Lord Mukunda's  splendid jasmine garland? When with my own eyes will I see Lord  Mukunda's splendid lotus earrings?

     damodaraya - to Lord Damodara; pranatah - bowed down; asmi - I;  mukunda-namne - to He who is named Mukunda; vande - I bou down;  vrajatavi - in Vrndavana forest; vilasine - who enjoys  transcendental pastimes; anatah - bowed down; asmi - I am;  gopijana - of the gs; asraya - the shelter; padaya - whose feet;  pranaumi - I bou down; nanda - of Nanda;  putraya - the son; naumi - I  praise; rasika - to they who enjoy nectar; amrta - nectar; daya - who  gives; vande - I bou down.

 

 

     I bou down before Lord Damodara I bou down before Lord  Mukunda I bou down before the Lord who enjoys pastimes in  Vrndavana forest I bou down before the Lord whose feet are the  gopis§ shelter I bou down before the Lord who gives nectar to  the devotees who love nectar I praise the son of Nanda.

brahman sarojaja ha jiva-muhurta-vrndam

citva madiyam ahaha yugapat pradehi mahyam sukhena paramena tad arpayani

sri-krsnadeva-pada-pankaja-sevanaya

 

     brahman - O Brahma; sarojaja - born from a lotus flower; ha - O;  jiva-muhurta-vrndam - all the moments of the life; citva - gathering  together; madiyam - my; ahaha - Oh; yugapat - at one time;  pradehi - please give; mahyam - to me; sukhena - with happiness;  paramena - with great; tat - that; arpayani - I will offer; sri…- krsnadeva-pada-pankaja-sevanaya - for the service of Lord Krsna's  lotus feet.

 

 

     O demigod Brahma please collect together all the moments of  my life and give them all to me at once Then I will happily  employ them in the service of Lord Krsna's lotus feet.

samsara-bandhana-bhid asti mukunda-pada-

padmasrayam parama-nandana-dana-kari nityam priyam parama-buddhi-janais tad asti

kah kah sukhena ha harim na samasritah syat

 

     samsara-bandhana-bhit - breaking ther bonds of repeated birth  and death; asti - is; mukunda-pada-padma - of Lord Krsna's lotus  feet; asrayam - the shelter; parama-nandana-dana-kari - giving  great happiness; nityam - always; priyam - dear; parama-buddhi-janaih - by  intelligent persopns; tat - that; asti - is; kah - who?; kah - who?;  sukhena - happily; ha - Oh; harim - to Lord Krsna; na - not; samasritah - taken  shelter; syat - is.

 

 

     They who are intelligent always take shelter of Lord Krsna's  lotus feet which break the bonds of birth and death and bring  transcendental bliss What intelligent person will not take  shelter of Lord Krsna's feet?

     sri-srimatim - Sri ; pranamito 'smi - I bou down;  hi - indeed; tungavidyam - Tungavidya; sri-srimatim - Sri ;  pranamito 'smi - I bou down; sukhi - happy; indulekham - to Indulekha;   sri-srimatim - Sri ; pranamito 'smi - I bou down; ca - and;  rangadevim-  - Rangadevi; sri-srimatim - Sri ; pranamito 'smi - I  bou down; subham - beautiful; sudevim-  - Sudevi.

     sri…-krsna-nama - the holy name of Lord Krsna; madhuram - sweet;  mama - of me; kanthi-mala - the necklace; sri…-krsna-keli - of Lord  Krsna's pastimes; kathanam - narration; mama - of me; karna- bhusa - earring; sri…-krsna-sevanam - service; ahah - Oh; mama - of me; deha - of the body; karyam - duty; sri…-krsna-tattvam - the truth of Lord Krsna;  ahaha - Oh; mama - of me; vakya-vrttih - the speech.

 

 

     Lord Krsna's sweet name is the garland around my neck The  narration of Lord Krsna's pastimes is the ornament on my ear  Service to Lord Krsna is the duty I give my body The truth of  Lord Krsna is the words on my voice.

     govinda - O Govinda; gopa - O gopa; surabhisa - O master of the  surabhi cows; suhrt - O friend; yasoda-putra - O son of Yasoda;  vrajatavi - of Vrndavana; sukha - O happiness; priya - dear; nanda- nanda - son of Nanda; radha-pate - master of Radha; yuvati-vallabha - dear  to the gopis; kesava - O Kesava; iti - thus; nama - of names;  amrtaih - with nectar; manasi - in trhe mind; divya-mahotsavah - a  splendid festival; astu - may be.

 

 

     O Govinda, O Gopa, O master of the Surabhi cows, O  friend, O son of Yasoda, O happiness of Vrndavana, O beloved, O  son of Nanda, O master of Radha, O beloved of the gopis, O  Kesava!¢ When will the nectar of these holy names bring a  festival of splendid happiness to my heart?

dvesantaratma-jana-ghora-rane visanne samsara-namni karuna-drava radhikesa

mam uddharoddhara hare yuvatisvarisa

 

     tvat - of You; vismrtau - in forgetfulness; tamasi - in darkness;  loka - in the world; iha - here; agha - of sins; pure - a flood;  dvesantaratma - of people whose herats are filled with hatred;  jana-ghora-rane - in the terrible battle; visanne - unhappy;  samsara-namni - named Samsara; karuna-drava - O Lord melting with  compassion; radhikesa - O master of Sri Radha; mam - me;  uddhara - please rescue; uddhara - please rescue; hare - O Lord Hari;  yuvatisvarisa - O master of the gopis.

 

 

     O master of Radha O master of the gopis O Lord Hari  please pick me up please pick me up from this world of repeated  birth and death this dark and unhappy world where all forget  You this world where persons whose hearts are filled with hate  engage in constant battle.

vrndatavi-bhuvi vilasam atat sukhena

govindadeva-pada-pankajam anamami vrndatavi-bhuvi prajas ca smayat sukhena

govindadeva-mukha-pankajam anamami

 

     vrndatavi-bhuvi - in ther land of Vrndavana;  vilasam - pastimes; atat - wandering; sukhena - happy; govindadeva-pada- pankajam - the lotus feet of Lord Krsna; anamami - I bou down;  vrndatavi-bhuvi - in Vrndavana; prajas - people; ca - and; smayat - smiling;  sukhena - happily; govindadeva-mukha-pankajam - to the lotus feet of  Lord Krsna; anamami - I bou down.

 

 

     I offer my respectful obeisances to Lord Govindadeva's lotus  feet which playfully wander in Vrndavana forest I offer my  respectful obeisances to Lord Govindadeva's lotus face which  happily smiles at the people of Vraja.

     govindadeva - O Govindadeva; vraja-vira - O hero of Vraja;  sukomalanga - O Lord with delicate limbs; hasa-priya - O Lord fond of  joking; priya - O beloved; mukunda - O giver of liberation; vilasi- netra - O Lord with glistening eyes; tvat-pada-pankaja-yuge - to Your  lotus feet; mama - of me; citta-vrttih - thoughts; asa - with desire;  nibaddha - bound; hrdayah - heart; satatam - always; dadami - I give.

 

 

     O Govindadeva O hero of Vraja O Lord with delicate limbs  O Lord fond of joking O beloved O giver of liberation O Lord  with glistening eyes my heart filled with yearnings I place my  thoughts always at Your lotus feet.

sri-krsnacandra-mahimamrta-dviya-puraih samsara-vasa-janita-mala-vrnda-nasair

visvokti-baspa-sarid-avali-namadheyaih

 

     caksur-yugam - eyes; mama - my; kada - when?; eva - indeed;  purisyate - will be flooded; sri…-sri…-krsnacandra - of Lord  Krsnacandra; mahima - of the glory; amrta - of nectar;  dviya - splendid; puraih - with floods; samsara-vasa-janita-mala- vrnda - the impurities created by residing in the material world;  nasaih - destroying; visva - of the world; ukti - words; baspa - tears;  sarid-avali - streams; namadheyaih - with the names.

 

 

     When will my eyes be flooded with the nectar glories of  Lord Krsnacandra glories that destroy the impurities created by  residing in the world of birth and death glories that that the  people of this world mistakenly call streams of tears.

nandatmajesvara mukunda hare murare  go-gopa-gopatanaya-vara-vallabhesta

radha-priyeti hari-mangala-nama-vrndam

 

     govinda - O Govinda; krsna - O Krsna; vraja-vira - O hero of Vraja;  yasoda-putra - O son of Yasoda; nandatmaja - O son of Nanda;  Isvara - O Supreme Personality of Godhead; mukunda - O giver of  liberation; hare - O Hari; murare - O killer of Mura; go-gopa- gopatanaya-vara-vallabha - O beloved of the cows gopas and  gopis; ista - O worshipable Lord; radha-priya - O beloved of Sri  Radha; iti - thus; hari-mangala-nama-vrndam - the auspicious names of  Lord Hari.

 

 

     Govinda, Krsna, Hero of Vraja, Son of Yasoda, Son of Nanda,  Supreme Personality of Godhead, Mukunda, Hari, Murari, Beloved of  the cows gopas and gopis, Supreme object of worship, Beloved of  Radha, These are some auspicious names of Lord Hari.

sangena kim vraja-vane satatam bhavisye sri-bhakti-sagara-sudha-vilasat-taranga-

purena janma-mrti-srnkhala-mocitah kim

 

     ananditah - delighted; vraja-nikuja - in the forest  groves of Vraja; vilasa - pastimes; vira - hero; sangena - with  assoication; kim - whether?; vraja-vane - in the forest of Vraja;  satatam - always; bhavisye - I will be; sri-bhakti - of devotional  service; sagara - ocean; sudha - nectar; vilasat - playing;  taranga - waves; purena - with a flood; janma - of birth; mrti - and  death; srnkhala - from the shackles; mocitah - freed; kim - whether?

 

 

     Will I attain the association of Lord Krsna the hero who enjoys pastimes Vraja's forests? Will the nectar waves of the  bliss of devotional service break the shackles that bind me to  this world of birth and death?

saukhyasrayaya bhagavad-vilasad-vilasa-

tirthamitavali-vibhusita-bhu-talaya  madhurya-sobhita-sahasra-dalambujaya

vrndavanaya sirasa pranamami nityam

 

     saukhya - of happiness; asrayaya - to the shelter; bhagavat - of  the Supreme Personality of Godhead; vilasat - splendid;  vilasa - pastimes; tirtha - holy places; amita - limitless; avali - series; vibhusita - decorated; bhu-talaya - to the surface of  the earth; madhurya - with sweetness; sobhita - beautified;  sahasra - thousand; dala - petal; ambujaya - lotus flower;  vrndavanaya - to Vrndavana; sirasa - with my head; pranamami - I bow;  nityam - always.

 

 

     Again and again I bou my head to Sri Vrndavana the abode  of transcendental happiness Its ground is decorated with  limitless holy places where the Supreme Personality of Godhead  enjoys splendid transcendental pastimes It is sweet and charming  like a thousand-petal lotus flower.
