Subject: short advices from Bhanu Swami Maharaja

The following are short guidelines given to me by HH Bhanu Swami Maharaja,

when out of curiosity I asked him months ago about Y2K etc.. I believe he

has much more to say, this was just a short reply to my questions.

"It is difficult to say what is going to happen in the near future since

there are so many variables. Definitely changes will be made financially,,

politically, socially. Krsna consciousness will survive. However where is

best depends on the extremity of the conditions. to take the worst

conditions, it would be best to stay away from low lying areas near the

coast or islands, and away from cities. Isolated areas with groups of

devotees is best, where they have facility for agriculture. There should be

a good water supply. it is better to have a climate not too cold if

possible, otherwise have provisions for wood for heating.

Some people rumor a military takeover, in which KC would not fare to well.

In that case India is better.

In case of war however, arab india clashes are possible so that would be a

minus factor. America or south america would be safer. Europe does not

look so good"
