a. 4 D animals   Those dead dying diseased and debilitated

b. Fast food grease collected in tankers and taken to rendering plants

d. rancid oils which have sat on store shelves for over a year.

e. dead horses arriving bloated as well as roadkill

h. In some cases, animal manure (which is called wastelage

  when mixed with food)

Some is packaged as dog food or cat food.. some as cow feed.
